We're looking for team members and specialists, passionate about plants, who desire to work in a constantly changing, exciting, fast-paced indoor & outdoor environment with an opportunity to grow. Must be able to balance hard work and great customer service in order to uphold a reputation for excellence. Knowledge of plants is a plus and an eagerness to learn is a must. These positions will assist customers with the purchase of plants and materials in the garden center, greenhouse, and nursery. Must care about the details and doing a good job for customers as well as for the company.

Responsibilities:

Assisting Customers (greeting, answering questions, etc...) Watering plants, trees, and shrubs Maintaining greenhouse, garden center, container, and tree lots (weeding, removing trash, blowing leaves, etc...) Restocking inventory as plants & materials are sold Operate point-of-sale register, take payments, and make change Assisting customers with loading plants and materials in their vehicles

Skills:

Must be high energy with a positive presence Must be a team player, working together with co-workers to achieve collective goals Retail experience and plant knowledge are preferred, but not required Must be able to regularly lift 20-50lbs from the ground

Job Type:

Either full-time or part-time. Most positions are seasonal with an opportunity to become year-round. Compensation is based upon experience and knowledge.
