Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, purchases, and store navigation. Execute merchandising strategies including planogram implementation and visual merchandising to optimize product displays and enhance store aesthetics. Manage inventory control through stocking, stock rotation, and inventory management systems to ensure product availability and accuracy. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling processes while maintaining cash register security. Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols including manual handling and heavy lifting procedures. Train and develop team members on store operations, visual design standards, and safety procedures such as ladder use and material handling equipment operation. Use mobile devices and digital tools to monitor stock levels, update product information, and communicate with team members effectively. Implement pricing strategies, signage updates, and branding initiatives aligned with marketing campaigns. Lead by example in retail sales techniques, customer engagement, and teamwork to foster a positive shopping environment. Experience Proven supervising experience in a retail or store management setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in retail store experience including merchandising, inventory management, POS operation, and customer service excellence. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects such as signage or promotional materials. Knowledge of schematics, interior design principles, remodeling processes, and visual merchandising standards. Multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases. Experience with planogram implementation, retail math calculations (pricing, stock levels), and inventory control systems. Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, ladder use, material handling equipment operation safely and efficiently. Excellent communication skills paired with organizational skills for client interaction and team coordination. Familiarity with retail sales strategies, branding initiatives, cleaning routines, cash handling procedures, and time management best practices.
