$17.00 What You'll Do Guest Hospitality & Experience Deliver 5-
Star Service:
Welcome guests warmly from arrival to departure, answering questions, sharing brand history, and guiding visitor experiences.
Support Tours & Events:
Assist with event setup, breakdown, guest flow coordination, and logistical support for special experiences and tastings.
Ticketing & Reservations:
Process visitor tickets, manage guest reservations, and resolve customer inquiries with warmth and efficiency. Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising Point-of-Sale (POS): Handle retail transactions, ticket sales, cash management, and e-commerce order fulfillment.
Inventory Management:
Receive, price, stock, and organize retail inventory, participating in regular cycle counts and annual audits. Keep it
Stunning:
Maintain flawless visual merchandising, brand presentation, and facility cleanliness throughout the Visitor Center.
Specialized Services:
Operate specialized equipment (e.g., custom product engraving) and promote brand offerings to hit sales goals.

Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent, plus entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license, safe driving record (subject to MVR check), and reliable transportation.
Physical Capability:
Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs .
Tech Skills:
Comfortable operating POS systems and standard business software.
Certifications:
Ability to complete STAR training (Responsible Alcohol Service) and adhere to responsible service practices at all times
Flexibility:
Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends, extended hours, and special events as needed. Light travel (up to 5%) for training or corporate events.
Preferred Qualifications:
