This role involves conducting live online sports card breaks, engaging with our community, and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a verifiable history of online sports card breaking and a passion for collectibles, providing an exciting experience for our customers while contributing to the growth of our brand. Responsibilities Conduct live online sports card breaks, showcasing products and engaging with viewers in real-time to create an entertaining and professional experience. Manage the sales process by promoting products, answering customer inquiries, and closing sales effectively during live sessions. Build and maintain a strong online presence through social media platforms and other digital channels to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of trading cards to preserve their value and appeal. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional events or special releases. Maintain detailed records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions for reporting purposes. Stay informed about current trends in sports cards, collectibles, and the industry to enhance product offerings and customer engagement. Qualifications Proven experience with online sports card breaking, with verifiable history demonstrating reliability and professionalism. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage an online audience effectively during live sessions. Passion for trading cards, collectibles, or related hobbies is highly preferred. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is advantageous. Prior sales experience or customer service background is a plus but not mandatory.
