Job Description
This is a
PART-TIME
non-seasonal position Requirements- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be local to Shelbyville (reliable transportation to/from the boutique)
- Saturdays are required (weekly)
- Available to work an average of 20-25 hours per week (3-4 days)
- Dependable and able to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and helping with day-to-day boutique tasks
- Willing to follow boutique policies and represent the Pineapple Paisley Boutique brand in a positive, friendly way Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills (warm, helpful, solution-oriented)
- Detail-oriented (can keep the store tidy, organized, and merchandised beautifully)
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Confident with styling: able to help customers put together outfits, suggest sizing/fit, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Able to create social media content (photos/videos, simple try-ons, outfit ideas, behind-the-scenes)
- Not camera shy and comfortable being featured in short-form content (Reels/TikToks/Stories)
- Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower store moments (restocking, receiving inventory shipments, tagging, steaming, organizing, merchandising)
