The Sales Support Representative works directly with our clients, raising awareness of charitable initiatives and acquiring clients who want to be part of something bigger. As a Sales Support Representative, you'll spend your day doing what naturally outgoing people tend to do best, starting sales conversations in person and making connections. The Sales Support Representative represents charitable organizations, introduces their missions, answers questions, and helps our clients discover ways to get involved. Responsibilities of the Sales Support Representative Engage with our clients in person and share how our charity initiatives uplift local families and foster a stronger, more connected neighborhood. Contribute to raising awareness of ongoing fundraising efforts in person, emphasizing the importance of collective action to address community needs. Support in-person sales campaigns by explaining how donations fund vital community programs and inspiring others to participate actively. Create an inviting atmosphere for sales conversations about how charitable support can transform lives and strengthen community bonds. Assist in coordinating community involvement in charity events, encouraging local clients to contribute their time and resources. Gather support by sharing powerful stories of impact that demonstrate how community donations make a real difference. Qualifications of the Sales Support Representative High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Experience in sales, customer service, or charity is a plus but not required. Comfortable in fundraising and sales campaigns and encouraging public participation. Driven by goals and motivated to contribute to strong fundraising results. Open-minded, coachable, and eager to grow in a community-focused sales role.
