Job Overview We are looking for someone with retail experience to help at the front counter. The job is customer-centric and requires some thinking as you go. Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions Deliver excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries Maintain a clean and organized store, as well as stocking shelves and merchandise displays Assist in inventory management tasks such as organizing products and participating in stock counts to ensure accurate inventory levels Handle retail math calculations for transactions, refunds, or discounts with accuracy and confidence while managing cash registers efficiently Experience Previous experience in retail sales or other similar settings is a must; we also value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in growth opportunities within our team Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and cash handling procedures is beneficial Strong communication skills, including clear phone etiquette and customer interaction abilities, are essential Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills will help you succeed in this role

Pay:

From $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 48.0 per week
