Job Description

Job Summary The Cricket Sales Advocate is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and promoting Cricket Wireless products and services. This role plays a vital part in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Welcomes customers and builds rapport to assess individual needs. Recommends suitable wireless devices, plans, and accessories based on customer requirements. Promotes and upsells Cricket Wireless products and services to meet sales targets. Stays current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to effectively educate customers. Provides basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting. Clearly explains billing procedures, account setup, and service options. Accurately processes transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades. Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment. Supports team members to achieve overall store performance goals. Participates in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies. Accepts and applies constructive feedback to improve performance. Performs additional duties as assigned. Wireless Cashier Top Skills & Proficiencies Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Previous experience in sales or customer service required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Proven relationship-building skills and a willingness to receive and apply feedback. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent qualification such as a GED
