Your electronics knowledge can come from professional experience or personal interests. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service Evaluate and test smartphones, computers, gaming systems, and other electronics Research current values and make fair trade-in offers Explain and negotiate offers professionally Help customers select pre-owned devices Recommend warranties, accessories, and additional products Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records Manage multiple customers and transactions in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For At least one year of sales, retail, or similar customer-service experience (preferably electronics) Strong knowledge of consumer electronics Confidence discussing prices, negotiating offers, and closing sales Strong communication and customer-service skills Attention to detail and comfort with computers and data entry Ability to multitask and make decisions quickly Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Experience with gaming, PC building, electronics repair, eBay, or other resale platforms is a plus.
