Sales Associate

Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Associate where you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Assist with restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
• Process shipments and ensure products are displayed effectively
• Engage with customers to promote sales and loyalty programs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Strong organizational skills to manage stock and merchandise displays effectively
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
• Familiarity with smoking accessories and vaporizers is advantageous
