Job Summary:
NFS Capital is hiring Junior Sales Associates to join our dynamic sales team. This is an entry-level position. Junior Sales Associates will work closely cross-departmentally to learn key aspects of the business, and will have access to seasoned professionals who will guide them through all aspects of the sales process, including identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers in need of financing.
Key Responsibilities:
    Sales Training:
    Participate in comprehensive training sessions covering equipment financing industry fundamentals, product knowledge, and sales/business development strategies. Training modules will include knowledge of all NFS Capital departments, including Sales, Credit/Underwriting, Contracts, Legal, Asset Management, Marketing, and Accounting.
      Lead Prospecting:
      Learn to identify potential sales campaigns and customers through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.
        Customer Engagement:
        Support the sales team in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, to understand their equipment financing needs and provide tailored solutions and assisting with sales and account strategy.
          Product Knowledge:
          Acquire in-depth knowledge of our finance products, financing options, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
            Sales Presentations:
            Assist in creating and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that align with customer requirements.
              Pipeline Management:
              Develop organizational skills to track sales activity, follow up with prospects, and manage the sales pipeline within Salesforce CRM software.
                Deal Structuring:
                Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to learn the financial structuring of lease and loan agreements and how to provide clients with optimal financing options.
                  Customer Support:
                  Address client inquiries and support the sales team in ensuring a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to closing.
                    Growth:
                    A successful Junior Sales Associate will have a sales progression track to grow into a VP of Business Development role.
                    Qualifications:
                    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
                    • Strong interest in developing a career in sales within specialty finance.
                    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
                    • Proactive, driven, and eager to learn with a strong commitment to generating and closing new opportunities.
                    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
                    • Basic knowledge of finance principles is a plus but not required.
                    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
                    • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.

                    Compensation:
                    $65,000-$70,000 annual base salary. Potential for incentive bonus.
