Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, upselling high-end products, and closing sales effectively. Manage product merchandising, stock replenishment, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately while handling cash and processing payments efficiently. Conduct client consultations for remodeling projects, renovation ideas, or construction-related needs, ensuring clear communication of product features and benefits. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track client interactions, follow up on leads, and manage account information. Support marketing initiatives by participating in promotional events, product demonstrations, and merchandising strategies to boost store visibility. Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales, construction sales, or remodeling environments with a focus on high-end or technical products. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Technical proficiency with tools such as SketchUp, CAD software, Microsoft Office suite, and lighting design programs. Knowledge of construction processes, renovation techniques, interior design principles, and fixture installation is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, deal closing, upselling, and customer service excellence. Organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and client accounts effectively.
