We are looking for part-time employees to help our guests enjoy the store during the holiday season!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store Work with cash registers and processing payments Give customers advice about sales and promotions Maintain a clean and organized store environment Open and close the store as needed Learn how to operate all Gashapon machines Restock and maintain Gashapon machines to ensure they're in optimal working condition

Qualifications:

Enthusiasm for Japanese POP culture Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends Positive attitude and willingness to learn Desire to gain comprehensive understanding of the store products Technical ability to execute simple repairs when needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, staff and management Excellent customer service skills Organizational and time management skills Strong basic math skills

Education & Experience:

Retail experience preferred, but not required High energy with a passion for customer service Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong cash handling skills High school diploma or equivalent
