Position Requirements Punctual and dependable Stable weekly availability Comfortable working with customers and starting conversations Fluent in English Outgoing personality and positive attitude Enjoys organizing and keeping the store clean Some sales or retail experience preferred Passion for art and creativity Able to commit for at least one year Crafts Zone is looking for part-time staff to join our team! We offer flexible shifts, including weekday evenings (2- 6PM) and weekend half-day shifts (4-8 PM). Compensation includes a base salary plus bonus. Growth Path Associate → Senior Associate → Shift Lead → Assistant Manager→ Store Manager Interview Journey 1.Quick HR phone screen → 2.
