You must be excited to work in a fun, fast paced environment to make every interaction a positive unforgettable experience for our guests. With our unique, high standard developmental programs you will master the art of guest experience and can grow professionally into an exciting career. You will be trained as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor so should be prepared to get in the pool and interact with the kids, but your primary responsibilities will be at the Front Desk.

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS POSITION?

Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S. Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout crowded facility during peak hours Must have the capability to positively engage customers at a high-volume store with diverse customer base Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted) No retail experience is required but is preferred. Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location. Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
