Responsibilities Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly, including cash handling and credit card payments. Drive Customer Loyalty by encouraging App Downloads as well as explaining the benifits to our valued customers. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and guiding them through product selections. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-maintained. Manage inventory levels by participating in stock replenishment and inventory counts to keep products available for customers. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times. Support supervising team members when needed by sharing best practices in cashiering, customer service, and retail sales techniques. Engage in bilingual communication to serve a diverse customer base effectively, ensuring everyone feels valued and understood. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for accurate cashiering and cash handling. Ability to perform retail math confidently for transactions, discounts, and inventory management. Strong communication skills to connect with customers via face-to-face interactions or over the phone with professionalism. Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos to promote items effectively.
