Full Job Description Per Diem Event Operations Position Summary:
Trillium is looking for a Per Diem Event Operations to join our team at our Canton location. This position will play an integral role in ensuring the safety of all guests and staff, while providing exceptional customer service during high-volume events. Job Duties & Responsibilities Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and friendly verbal greeting. Check guest identification whenever age restrictions are enforced Identify potential issues and respond in a proactive manner Communicate any potential issues to management with a sense of urgency as needed Monitor crowd to ensure that the number of guests and staff does not exceed location capacity Additional duties may be assigned as necessary. Desired Qualifications & Abilities Qualifications & Experience Minimum 18 years of age Previous experience in a similar role preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional guest service skills Ability to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps.
