Manage daily sales activities, including processing transactions accurately using cash registers and financial software. Assist in managing store operations such as inventory control, cash management, and store cleanliness to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Support team management by training new staff, motivating team members, and helping achieve sales targets through effective sales management strategies. Handle loan processing and collections when applicable, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction. Build rapport with clients through proactive communication, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable solutions. Contribute to profit & loss analysis by monitoring sales performance and managing expenses to maximize store profitability. Experience Prior assistant manager or retail management experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for leadership is essential. Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management and building long-term client connections. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with financial software used for sales and cash handling. Strong math skills including basic math, retail math, and 10-key typing for accurate transaction processing. Experience with banking procedures such as cash handling, cash management, and loan collections is a plus. Proven ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
