Hi! We're currently hiring a Production Assistants (Coffee Baggers) for a year-round position. This role can part-time or full-time. This is primarily a production position—you'll be bagging roasted coffee, fulfilling wholesale and online orders, and helping keep our production flow smooth and organized. There is some customer interaction in our retail space, but most of your time will be spent on the production floor. It's a relaxed, team-oriented environment—but we take quality and consistency seriously. What You'll Do Bag and label roasted coffee accurately and efficiently Fulfill wholesale and web orders Help maintain a clean and organized production space Occasionally assist customers in the retail area What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks Comfortable working on your feet for most of the day Willingness to work in a warm production environment Positive attitude and ability to work well with a small, tight-knit team No prior coffee or production experience is required—we'll train you. If you're interested in coffee, you'll also get exposure to roasting, tasting, and the behind-the-scenes of how a small roastery operates.
