Club Pilates Franklin Village is looking for a positive, high energy Sales Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional member experience. Position Overview The Sales Associate plays an important role in supporting the General Manager by delivering outstanding customer service to both prospective and current members. This position focuses on building genuine relationships , introducing new clients to Pilates through Demo Classes, and supporting ongoing member engagement and retention . Our top priority is creating a welcoming and positive studio environment where every member feels valued and excited to return. We also strive to create an amazing work environment for our team, where we support one another , collaborate, and take pride in helping both our members and each other succeed. While experience in Pilates or fitness is a bonus, it is not required. Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Member Experience Greet members and prospective clients warmly and create a welcoming studio environment Guide prospective members through the sales process including studio tours, demo class scheduling, follow ups and membership enrollment Learn and share the benefits of Pilates and educate clients on memberships, packages, retail products, and class offerings (training provided) Build strong relationships with members to support engagement and retention Front Desk and Studio Operations Complete daily opening and closing tasks including studio preparation , cleaning , reporting tasks , tracking milestones, etc Navigate and utilize Club Ready , our point of sale system, for sales transactions, class sign ups, check ins, and client account management Monitor studio email and communication boards to ensure timely responses to all client requests Provide information to clients regarding class schedules, class offerings, memberships, retail products, and the Club Pilates mobile app Provide ongoing support to members through member related tasks to ensure they are actively utilizing the studio and maximizing the benefits of their membership. Retail and Studio Maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire studio, including daily cleaning shifts Organize and maintain retail displays and restock merchandise Notify management when retail items or studio supplies need to be reordered Assist with monthly retail and studio supply inventory Team Support Attend required team meetings, trainings, and marketing events Provide shift coverage for team members when needed Maintain a flexible schedule including one weekend shift per month Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and reliability Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills (in person, phone, and text) Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people Highly organized and able to multitask effectively Comfortable learning and using software systems such as Club Ready, Slack, and When I Work Strong computer skills Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods during a workday Experience Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or boutique fitness is preferred but not required.
