The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about helping others through person-to-person interaction and detailed guidance. A successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of the products we sell and will be able to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team. Handle customer complaints and questions. Maintain a positive attitude. Assist customers with fitting and exchanging merchandise. Communicate with other individuals, both inside and outside of the company. Maintain good posture and composure while working under pressure. Offer suggestions to customers. Greet customers by name, introduce oneself, and ask how they are doing. Ask customers if they need assistance with anything else. Computer Proficency. Carrying out seed for customers.

Do you forsee this being a obstacle? Tell us about your interest in the bird feeding hobby. We can be a very busy retail store that involves standing for several hours a day. A cornerstone of our customer service is to always carry the customer's seed to their car, which involves lifting 20 lb bags many times a day. Do you feel that will be a problem or difficulty for you? Describe what great customer service means to you. What do you find most difficult about providing customer service? Here is a scenario:

You are working with a customer and someone walks in the store, but you are the only team member on the sales floor. How do you ensure both customers receive good service? We have a small team of roughly 9 people that always work together. How would you build a relationship with them? When working on a task and are unsure of how to complete it, what would be your approach to finishing it? Similarly, if a customer asks you a question and you don't know the answer, how would you answer it? Are there any question you have for us about the company, the position or the training?
