What The Entry Level Management Associate Will Do Engage customers through sales conversations to understand their needs and identify Verizon Fios solutions. Present Verizon Fios internet and connectivity services while explaining features, benefits, and available options. Build customer relationships and guide qualified customers through the sales and enrollment process. Apply effective sales, communication, presentation, and customer engagement techniques. Support daily sales activity, customer engagement, team goals, and business operations. Work alongside managers and sales professionals while developing skills for increased responsibility and leadership.
