Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial landscaping equipment (zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, edgers). Perform routine property maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning, and spring/fall cleanups. Assist with landscape construction and installation projects (mulching, planting, sodding, hardscaping). Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site and company truck. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of professional landscaping or commercial grounds maintenance experience.

License:

Must possess a valid, clean driver's license (No major violations; able to be insured on company trucks).

Transportation:

Must have a reliable personal vehicle to get to the shop/job sites on time daily.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
