Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Holders and sales associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to manage various aspects of store operations effectively. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure a smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and providing training to staff on sales management techniques.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for inventory purchases.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee wireless sales initiatives, ensuring staff are knowledgeable about products and promotions.
• Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate employee compensation and compliance with company policies.
• Utilize strong math skills for inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting.
• Organize store displays and merchandise to enhance the shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Foster a positive team environment by motivating staff and promoting professional development. Requirements
• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate with vendors and customers.
• Proficient phone etiquette for professional interactions with customers and suppliers.
• Familiarity with wireless sales is a plus; experience in grocery store operations is also beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions, inventory counts, and payroll calculations.
• A passion for retail sales with the ability to inspire others to achieve their best performance.
