We're looking to fill the diverse role of Hybrid Associate with passionate, motivated individuals who have 1-3 years of retail or customer service experience. This position will rotate throughout the week between packing/fulfilling orders for the guests, cashing guests out at the register or checking guests in at reception. Part Time & Full Time hours are available. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;- Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
- Provide a friendly welcome to all patrons that enter the showroom
- Listen to the patron's needs/interests/concerns and make product recommendations accordingly
- Clearly communicate the effects of different types of cannabis and cannabis product to patrons
- Build patron relations to gather a loyal consumer base
- Ensure customer is satisfied with the results / decisions you've helped them come up with before sending them to the counter to be cashed out
- Cashing out guests at the POS
- Counting the cash drawer & requesting cash drops when necessary
- Fulfilling orders accurately and timely in the inventory room
- Ensure all Patron orders have been packed correctly
- Checking guests in at reception
- Assisting with inventory organization and standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with opening and or closing duties
- Maintaining shop cleanliness and aesthetic per Bliss Cannabis standard
- Maintain product knowledge
