Duties Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure efficient store operations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Recruit, interview, and train new team members to build a skilled workforce. Organize daily tasks and schedules to optimize productivity and meet operational goals. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance individual and group effectiveness. Collaborate with management to implement strategies that drive sales and improve store performance. Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. MUST HAVE CANNABIS RETAIL SUPERVSIORY EXPERENCE

Proven leadership experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training staff members. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
