This role exists to create a smooth, welcoming experience from check-in to follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver "WOW" customer service to members and guests
• Support class scheduling, accounts, and billing questions
• Help drive enrollments by sharing membership options
• Keep the front area organized, including light cleaning Required qualifications/skills:
