Job Description
Seasonal Sales Associate — Nantucket | $22-$26/hr + Bonuses Please read first: This position is on Nantucket. You must already live on island or have your own housing arranged. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide housing or cover ferry commuting. The Job Cou & Seasonal Resident are hiring Sales Associates to join our Nantucket stores from now through the end of the season. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role. You'll spend most of your time on the floor—welcoming customers, helping them find the right pieces, ringing up purchases, keeping the stores looking great, restocking, and helping with shipments. What We Offer $22-$26/hour , based on experience Minimum 20 guaranteed hours per week , with more available if you want them Full-time or part-time flexibility Season completion bonuses: $300 for staying through October 14 Additional $200 for working Stroll 30% employee discount Schedule posted two weeks in advance Flexible scheduling around another job or existing commitments Growth opportunity: For the right person, there's an opportunity to return next summer in a lead or management role Who Does Well Here You don't need retail experience. If you've worked in a restaurant, hotel, bar, or another people-facing environment, you probably already have many of the skills that matter—we can teach you the rest. More than anything, we're looking for people who are reliable, warm, and comfortable talking to all kinds of people. You show up when you say you will, bring good energy to the store, and genuinely care about making customers feel welcome. We also understand how Nantucket works.
