Newburyport, MA Schedule:
Monday-Friday normal business hoursCompensation :
$23-25/hour What you'll do:- Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on customer requirements, pricing, product specifications, material requirements, and current lead times
- Review customer requests and purchase orders
- Work with customers and internal departments to manage order changes, cancellations, expedite requests, and delivery requirements What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, order entry, sales support, or a similar role
- Experience working with an ERP/MRP system ?
