This role combines membership sales, customer service, and fitness support , making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about health and wellness. Key Responsibilities Drive membership and retail sales by engaging with prospects and members Conduct studio tours and convert leads into members Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment Assist members with workouts, sauna usage, and overall studio experience Build relationships with members to increase retention and referrals Follow up with leads, prospects, and current members via phone, text, and email Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment Support marketing efforts, social media, promotions, and community outreach events What We're Looking For Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on customer service excellence Sales-minded with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals Passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed High energy, positive attitude, and strong communication skills Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships, understand client needs, and tailor solutions accordingly Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to consistently work the scheduled hours Why Join HOTWORX? Pay:

$17.00
