Role:

As a part-time Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for helping customers select products, answer questions, and share product knowledge either in-person, via phone and/or email. Your primary job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to the following): Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide information about the company's products and services; Assist customers with instrument rentals; Assist with inventory; Assist with maintaining displays and store appearance; Maintain knowledge of promotions and sales; Handle cashier duties by taking and processing orders and payments; Ability to follow procedures to open and close retail store; Be on the lookout for any theft or suspicious activity and report it to a Supervisor immediately.

Organized multi-tasker with an understanding of the importance of providing high-quality customer service to our customers; Communicate with all customers in a clear, courteous, respectful and responsive manner; Able to work efficiently and accurately in a busy office environment while executing solid judgment and decision making skills; Ability to prioritize workload; Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times; Ability to work in a team environment; Be a pro-active and precise communicator with our internal departments as you interact with sales reps, the repair shop, fulfillment and warehouse technicians, etc. to fulfill the customers needs; Able to follow the company's established processes and procedures Prior musical experience is preferred
