Overview:
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
Experience:
- Experience in retail sales a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Experience in upselling techniques to drive additional sales
