We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team and help continue our tradition of excellent service. Position Overview As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewelry, providing expert product knowledge, and creating a positive in-store experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for fine jewelry, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to every customer Assist clients in selecting jewelry for special occasions, gifts, and personal wear Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Develop strong knowledge of jewelry products, materials, and care Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing display cases Accurately process sales transactions using the store POS system Assist with inventory organization and merchandising Contribute to a welcoming and professional store environment Qualifications Prior retail jewelry sales experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude Professional appearance and strong attention to detail Ability to build trust and rapport with customers Reliable, organized, and able to work well in a team environment Schedule Part-Time Position Saturdays required (9:30 AM
