- Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
- Leadership & Teamwork
- Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
- Sales & Metrics Mindedness
- Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
- Inventory Management & Store Operations
- Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.
- Process Orientation & Safety Compliance
- Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to maintain a secure work environment.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
- Diagnostics Support
