Job Summary As a Honda Sales Associate, you will assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, provide product demonstrations, and ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the buying process. Whether you have prior sales experience or are new to the industry, we provide the training and support to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by offering product knowledge and conducting test drives. Present and explain vehicle features, including new technologies and safety options. Follow up on internet inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospective buyers. Work with the sales team and management to ensure all leads and opportunities are pursued. Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals. Maintain a strong knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and industry trends. Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-energy, professional environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Sales experience is a plus, but not required-we welcome motivated candidates with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Energetic, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
