Part-Time Car Wash Team Member Soapyshell Carwash - Glen Burnie, MD Soapyshell Carwash is looking for a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Team Member to join our Glen Burnie location. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent part-time daytime hours with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday and weekend shifts. Schedule Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Additional weekday and weekend hours may be available as needed Responsibilities Maintain the property, including the parking lot, curbs, wash bays, vacuum areas, and other areas necessary to keep the car wash clean and presentable Empty trash cans and keep the property free of litter and debris Assist customers with questions, needs, or complaints Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner Monitor wash operations and help ensure customers receive a clean, quality wash Communicate mechanical or equipment issues to team members and management Keep the mechanical shop and office areas neat and orderly Refill chemicals, supplies, and other materials as needed Be willing to work hands-on and assist the Site Manager with additional cleaning, preventative maintenance, and general maintenance duties, particularly on rainy or slower car wash days Assist with other duties as needed to maintain a clean, safe, and efficiently operated car wash Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be at least 18 years old Strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and professionalism Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management Honest, trustworthy, respectful, dependable, and willing to help others Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn basic car wash equipment operation and maintenance Basic mechanical ability is a plus, but not required Working Conditions Must be willing to work primarily outdoors with exposure to hot and cold weather Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Must be able to regularly use hands and fingers to operate or access machinery, car wash equipment, and vacuum equipment Must be comfortable working in an environment that can be wet and loud Must be able to safely perform physical and hands-on job duties No car wash experience is required. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 20.0 per week
