Duties Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable parts, accessories, or services Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical troubleshooting techniques to assist customers effectively Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, personalized service, and follow-up Manage inventory control and automotive parts management to ensure product availability and accurate stock levels Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems while handling cash and credit payments with accuracy Collaborate with the service team to coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations Maintain organized records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Develop expertise in automotive repair procedures, vehicle systems, and parts specifications to better serve clients Apply negotiation skills to close sales confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and dealership promotions to maximize sales opportunities Experience Proven experience in retail sales within the automotive industry or dealership environment preferred Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, vehicle systems, and automotive repair processes Demonstrated ability in automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS software, CMMS platforms, and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency highly desirable Experience in customer relationship building and client communication strategies Previous exposure to dealership sales management or retail math calculations beneficial Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining professional phone etiquette and customer service standards Organizational skills necessary for stocking, order fulfillment, maintenance tasks, and inventory control Join us as a Salesperson where your mechanical expertise meets your passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
