Position Overview:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our clients team. This role is full-time hours. The ideal candidate has a friendly personality, a passion for interior design or home décor, and enjoys helping customers find the perfect furnishings for their space.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a positive, engaging shopping experience Assist customers with product selection, styling ideas, and purchase decisions Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Restock and organize merchandise on the sales floor Maintain store cleanliness and visual displays Support team members with inventory management and seasonal transitions Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (furniture or home décor a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during busy season Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Must be open to work on weekends #
