Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain attractive displays through effective merchandising practices. Manage retail math tasks such as calculating discounts, totals, and change accurately. Handle cash drawer handling responsibilities with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and cash register reconciliation at shift end. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a positive shopping experience. Assist in inventory management by stocking products and participating in stock counts to ensure product availability. Support supervising team members when needed by guiding new associates or helping with store operations. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math calculations essential for smooth transactions. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customers effectively. Ability to demonstrate product demos confidently and engage customers through upselling techniques. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising principles, and stock management practices. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and balancing cash registers accurately. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift merchandise regularly, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
