Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Full-Time Sales Clerk to join our retail team! In this role, you will be the friendly face that greets customers, provides expert product knowledge, and creates a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with their shopping needs by providing product information and recommendations Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers Upsell related products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures Provide exceptional customer service through friendly communication, phone etiquette, and active listening Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing back stock Supervise or assist in supervising other team members during shifts when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math is highly desirable Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous Knowledge of merchandising, stock management, and product demos enhances your fit for this role Excellent phone etiquette, customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential for success Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
