• Open the sales office on time, ensuring readiness to welcome potential residents.
• Prepare the office with necessary materials and maintain a professional environment.
• Conduct outreach calls and follow-ups to engage potential residents and achieve leasing targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, tours, and leasing activities in CRM systems.
• Participate in community events and career fairs to promote the community offerings.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to potential residents.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready by conducting inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
• Assist new residents with the move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfaction.
• Complete and upload lease documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Residential Sales & Service Associate Job Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or leasing roles.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and property management software such as Yardi.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage daily tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and team members.
• Ability to work on-site during specified hours, including weekends.
