In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting cannabis products that meet their needs. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring compliance with all regulations related to the sale of cannabis. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating the product selection process. Provide detailed information about various cannabis strains, products, and their effects. Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage inventory. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options. Maintain a clean and organized display area, ensuring products are well-stocked and properly labeled. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and compliance regulations. Update in-store menus Experience Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
