Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you'll assist customers with band and orchestra instruments, rentals, repairs, and accessories while promoting private lesson programs. You'll open and close the store, lead by example on the floor, coach associates, and support merchandising and inventory tasks. Collaborating with school service reps, you'll help students, parents, and educators access the right gear.
