Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, assisting with merchandising, and supporting sales activities within our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, particularly in the cellphone industry, and possess strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Duties Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cellphones and related accessories, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Conduct merchandising tasks to maintain attractive product displays and organize merchandise on the sales floor. Handle retail sales transactions accurately using the cash register, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Communicate with customers via phone to answer inquiries, provide product information, and support sales efforts. Stay knowledgeable about current products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively promote sales. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area to ensure a welcoming environment. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide exceptional customer service. Experience Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a strong interest in sales and customer service is essential. Experience with merchandising or working with cellphone products is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately. Friendly, approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude toward helping customers.
