We are looking for a high-energy, Bilingual Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will bridge the communication gap for our diverse customer base, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish . You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining a clean store, and ensuring every customer finds exactly what they need.

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in their preferred language, providing expert product knowledge and styling advice.

Sales Performance:

Proactive service and upselling techniques.

Store Operations:

Process transactions accurately using the POS system , handle exchanges, and assist with inventory management.

Merchandising:

Maintain a good floor presentation, including restocking, folding, and organizing displays.

Communication:

Act as a primary translator for non-English speaking guests to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal) is required. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service. (optional) Strong interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mindset. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Basic math skills and comfort using digital retail tools.
