What You'll Do Make every visit memorable — Create a welcoming, judgment-free experience where customers feel comfortable asking questions and exploring Know your cannabis — Help customers navigate strains, cannabinoids, products, and consumption methods with confidence Stay curious — Keep up with new products, cannabis trends, and Maine's evolving adult-use cannabis landscape Be a responsible cannabis guide — Follow all age-verification, compliance, product-handling, and store requirements Get the details right — Accurately process POS transactions, handle cash, and keep every purchase smooth and compliant Keep the vibe right — Help maintain a clean, organized, inviting dispensary environment Keep product flowing — Assist with inventory, labeling, stocking, organization, and day-to-day operations Bring the good energy — Be a positive, dependable teammate who helps create a fun and inclusive culture Who You Are Curious and approachable - Passionate about cannabis and comfortable connecting with a diverse range of customers 21+ and ready to work in cannabis — Must be at least 21 years old, as required by Maine law Reliable and flexible - Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather Ready to stay active — Comfortable standing and moving throughout 8-10+ hour shifts and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment — Able to stay focused, organized, and positive while handling repetitive tasks and a busy retail floor. Ready to get your IIC — Able to obtain an Individual Identification Card (IIC) through the Maine Office of Cannabis Policy. HIGHLY reimburses the IIC fee after 60 days of employment.
