Overview Pleasant Mountain is seeking Ticket Sellers to greet and guide guests on their purchase of lift passes and products. Master Pleasant Mountain's services, promotions, and hours of operations to provide consistent information to all guests. Provide excellent customer service and act with accountability. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible with scheduling, enjoy talking with people, and may also have previous experience in a guest service role. Responsibilities Develop an understanding of Pleasant Mountain's services and products including various rates, discounts offered, promotions, complimentary tickets, and events. Greet and welcome guests to the sales location. Maintain the sales location in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion to transact all ticketing business inside and out, and to provide quality guest assistance. Handle and be accountable for all financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records on a daily basis. Assist Guest Services in handling specific questions, delivery of messages and announcements. May be asked to provide Guest Service level interactions with guests when necessary. Interface with all other departments as necessary to create smooth interactions for guests. Operate a one-stop shopping outlet offering single and multi-day lift tickets and information regarding all Pleasant Mountain services. Problem-solve guest situations in a timely and respectful manner regarding any topic. Actively promote a safe recreational environment by educating the public with regards to "Your Responsibility Code." Qualifications At least 18 years of age and have a high school degree or equivalent. Outgoing and enjoy talking with people. A quick thinker and creative problem solver.
