What You'll Do As a budtender, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while upholding the standards that make ECC a trusted name in the industry. Provide outstanding customer service and guide guests through product selection with warmth, professionalism, and integrity. Verify customer eligibility in accordance with state regulations and ECC compliance standards. Accurately build orders, process transactions, and navigate our POS system with attention to detail. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of ECC products, strains, and effects, confidently sharing information and recommendations. Support daily retail operations including phone inquiries, inventory counts, restocking, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation. Assist with menu updates, product displays, and in-store educational materials. Follow all security protocols and compliance procedures at all times. Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, including daily cleaning and maintenance tasks. Collaborate with Retail Leadership to achieve sales goals and support brand initiatives. What You Bring Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers in a friendly, informative, and professional way. Excellent attention to detail, especially with compliance and inventory accuracy. Ability to multitask efficiently in a high-energy environment Personal familiarity with cannabis and a genuine interest in continuing to learn. A team-oriented, outgoing, and customer-first mindset. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Comfort working in close proximity to teammates with respect and awareness. Schedule & Availability Our dispensary is open 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, seven days a week. This role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is essential.
