Job Description
Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Greets customers in a friendly manner
- Provides outstanding customer service
- Answers telephone calls warmly and professionally
- Answers customer questions as needed
- Brings customer to products throughout store
- Helps customer select products and suggests add on items as appropriate
- Help customers carry their items out when needed
- Help check-in and put away inventory as it is received
- Helps maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the store
- Assists with inventory counts and adjustments
