Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and knowledgeable Budtender/Keyholder to join our team for the evening shift. As an Evening Budtender, you will play an important role in assisting customers, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Responsibilities:

Consistently show up to each shift with a positive attitude, ready to contribute to the team Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting suitable cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Educate customers about different strains, products, consumption methods, and effects to help them make informed decisions. Process transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash payments securely. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including product displays and inventory shelves. Follow strict compliance with state regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Close the store down.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old. Maintain an IIC card from the state of Maine Knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays Must adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
